Bank added without verification

I have just added a US bank account to my PP account and instead of the two small deposits process, the account was instantly added without verification. Is this normal? This is the second time it happens. I have already initialized a small withdrawal (less than U$S 100) and everything is going smoothly.

Is it common that a bank can be added without the two small deposits verification process?

Yes this is common. You will see that AFTER your withdrawal, pa yp al will do 2 small deposits. Was this a limited post-180 days withdrawal?

Pa yp al will still do some small 2 deposit thing.

No limitation at all. I just added the bank for withdrawal purposes. It says nowhere that I have to confirm the account.

Yes - good that you are not limited. Pa yp al does an auto 2 deposit deal with any bank account - you might not be asked to provide the amounts of the 2 deposits but they always do that as a test sooner or later.
