The only way to stop it is to cancel the card. Cards can never be FULLY removed from PayPal. Even if you could delete it from your account, they would still have it on file.
They cannot charge you card until you authorize it.
I had the problem, with a negative balance of 800$ after a dispute... paypal asked me to approve the payment of the negative balance, i did not, they never charged my card.
i heard that they can take you to collections if this is the case and the last thing you want is for paypal to make ur credit bad for a little balance. not worth it
In North America, pa yp al is notorious for taking to collections. If it's in your real info AND only blocked for negative amount, I would suggest you pay it and keep operating. I had a pa yp al go negative due to bank transfer failures - the account was solid so I paid up, provided the ID needed and am back to operating with it nicely.
Wait a Minute,,,If you are Already in a Paypal Dispute,,,Paypal Already has the Disputed amount in their possesion,,That is the FIRST Thing they do,,Reverse the Transaction, and Freeze the Money,,,
