EBAY and Paypal mystery help plz

Hi all, first off thanks for the wonderful wealth of informtion which i found on this site, I have done my search before asking my question however, i havent come across the answers which i am looking for, here is my story:

I was an ebay member about 3 years ago or so, I broke one of ebay's violation terms and my account was suspended without a chance to parole .

I recently opened a new account maybe 3 days ago as i wanted to purchase a few goodies instead of having to ask my brother to buy them for me.

I have purchase 2 items total worth 300 dollars, and I used my old paypal account to pay for these goodies through the ebay checkout using my paypal information. WILL THIS GET MY ACCOUNT CLOSED AGAIN?

Yesterday, My brother was watching an item for me and he placed a bid on it and used my paypal information to pay for the item, WILL THAT GET HIS ACCOUNT SUSPENDED/SHUT DOWN?

AFTER READING THE FORM ON HERE, I HAVE REMOVED THE LINK BETWEEN MY NEW EBAY ACCOUNT AND OLD PAYPAL ACCOUNT BUT I FIGURED IT MIGHT BE A LITTLE TOO LATE!

I was hopping to start selling on this account in some point in the future but i am starting to have my doubts

Finally how can i avoid having my IP tracked by paypal or ebay? As i am trying to keep a legit account but ebay doesnt give second chances :(

the accounts are already linked.. there's no escaping it.. its only a matter of time. if you start to sell on that account you will be shut down; they won't bother you if its just buy you're buying. get the stealth guide and start from scratch if you want to sell again. good luck

Read the stealth guide before you continue.

By the way, does your brother live at the same address, if so he will be next.

Absolutely -- adding my agreement with everything Shady & ets said. This just happened to me. You can start a new account but things are a little different now on eBay than they were 3 years ago ... even a year ago! They will limit you to 10 listings/month (or $500 I think - whichever comes first) for selling and it won't change no matter how long you want to sell. It's a long story but suffice it to say, your true best bet is to get the stealth guide from aspkin and go that route. Otherwise -- problems, problems, problems. Good luck!

You really won't be disappointed, eclipse. Aspkin is a virtual encyclopedia of knowledge on how everyone really should become eBay sellers - with your safety in mind. The guy just knows his stuff and he is so specific on exactly what to do. Follow what he says (as I am) and the book will pay for itself a thousand-fold, IMO. After or during reading, if you are confused or get stuck, remember these forums are awesome resources. Most people here are pretty nice AND they have some valuable tips. Browse around when you can and you'll be glad you did. Best of luck!

Yeh, pretty much what everyone else said. They linked your accounts, but as long as you dont try to sell or dont of gay pal any money....you should be in the clear if youre paying for what you bid on.

Its funny with e gay, they have no problem letting you spend your money but you cant make any off of them lol

Also, the Stealth Guide is top notch and well worth the investment
