Ebay useless without PayPal?!

I had an eBay account reinstated within an hour of sending through the 'documents' that they required.

The associated PayPal account was also limited at the same time and after sending through the same documents the account was Appeal Denied.

What use is that eBay account now when we have to offer PayPal as a form of payment in UK? Any future verified PayPal accounts linked to that eBay account will be limited at some point.

It would be far easier if EBay waited for PayPal's decision and just gave the same one!! Lol.

I don't really know what I'm asking here...just throwing the ball out for a hopeful backhand volley.

Your pa yp al is dead so yes in "essence" your eb ay account is dead - you do have the option of getting a separate payment processor (I don't know what works in UK) but examples include moneybookers, etc and persuade your buyers to pay that way. There are creative fashions of persuasion =)

The other - and less viable idea - is to just attach a new pa yp al BUT you will not see money regularly in all likelihood - you will have to keep operating with the the understanding that all money is held until 180 days AFTER account gets axed.
