I Have to send in information. Now what?
Ok first off I want to apologize because I know this question is probably asked a lot. But I can't seem to find the answer i'm looking for. Anyways I gave ebay a call and the lady said she could not pull up my information for some reason. So she sent me an email. Here is what it says. Here are the documents that you need to send to verify your identity:
Please send the following Documents:
A copy of an official, Government-Issued Photo ID (Driver's license,
passport, etc.)
A recent copy of Utility Bill, bank statement or credit card statement
to validate address.
If the suspending rep asked for an explanation on an address
discrepancy. Ask member to explain so it can document for appeals.
Be sure to include the User ID and email address of the suspended
account that is being appealed on the submitted documents. If the fax
doesn't contain this information, we won't be able to process it.

In order to avoid delays:
Do not photoshop your user ID into the photos, be sure to display it in
the actual photo.
