Default My customers piss me off!

Not all of them, but every time after a holiday there is always a couple that whine and bitch were is my item? Why haven't I got it yet? I have to explain to them I do not control the mail, that they brought on the weekend so it did not go out until Monday, and since Monday the post office was closed for MLK, it did not go out until Tuesday and should be there soon.

yes same here... but i have a more serious issue... damn them claim item not recieved so have to reship :( and they dont pay for dhl

I once was unable to sign for a package because I was out of town for a week, but I had made the order about 5 weeks before I left...they automatically charged my card to resend it...it was in their policy...too bad paypal doesn't have that feature to recharge them if you can prove it sent in a timely fashion, wasn't signed for, and ended up back in your hands...

I wrote them back saying they should pay for the reship because the package was very very late, but never replied.

I have the same thing. The worst buyer yet paid at around 2pm, then opened a PayPal dispute at 7pm saying he still hasn't received the package. That's for shipping from Japan to the US, how the hell does he expect to get it in 5 hours? Not even within the US that is possible.

I Just got my VERY first NEG in Amazon for this.. what a bummer??
--IN my case- the guys card was declined,, I never even knew about the sale.. YET, he was able to leave me a neg-- seller never shipped after 2 weeks.. He is Vietnamese, and when I telephoned him, he has no idea what I'm talking about. so I guess I am SOL...
