I dont need paypal to withdraw my money.. can i make a new unverified paypal... use it with ebay, and then send my wife the money as a gift to HER paypal, which is verified and she can withdraw it to her bank account?

Even if this did NOT pop up on paypal's radar, your wife would still be charged for receiving the payment - kinda like paypal making money twice for your efforts

Well i send it as a gift so it doesnt charge, but if theres a chance of a limit on hers then i will stop...

How do you want to use it with eb ay? For SALES? You WILL be axed sooner or later because eb ay mandates a VERIFIED pa yp al to sell.
