Question Issue a non payment?

Ok so i listed an item, that i can only sell 1 a month on this particular account. The winning bidder waited 3 days now he messages me and said to cancel the transaction because its not what he needs, It is a Vero product. I really am tired of buyers getting over on sellers. If the Seller mess's up there is hell to pay but a buyer... LOL very little can be done.

What would you do, cancel the transaction? or Open up a case for non payment?

Definitely Cancel the Transaction, and move on.

You are still at the mercy of their Feedback/DSR.

yeah, just let it go. you will get the credit, and not all the hassle that comes with a non payment dispute. People change their minds all the time. Nothing you can really do about it. Sorry.

Buyer's remorse - happens online AND at ye old brick and mortar - nothing you can really do unless you want to screw with the buyer. Not worth it at all. Any second chance offers?
