Default In 2002, PayPal was hit by a class-action lawsuit for holding funds ...a re-run now?

I just found this:
PayPal hit by class-action suit | CNET News.com

A class-action lawsuit has been filed against PayPal, days after the company's successful initial public offering.

Filed Wednesday in California Superior Court in Santa Clara County, the suit charges PayPal with illegitimately restricting customers' access to their money. The suit asks for an unspecified amount of damages.

PayPal frequently locks customers' accounts if it suspects that fraud played a part in a transaction, even if the amount in doubt is a fraction of the total amount in an account, said Gail Koff, an attorney and founding partner of Jacoby & Meyers, which filed the lawsuit.

The result is that customers can't accept any more payments via PayPal, pay anyone through the service, or withdraw any of their money until PayPal clears the transaction. That can often take days or even weeks, customers charge.

"Under the guise of needing to protect consumers from fraud, they themselves are guilty of fraudulent abuse of their customers," Koff said.
They were hit with a lawsuit in 2002 for holding money for days or weeks after the customer paid. Now they're doing the same, holding it for 21 days. I smell another lawsuit coming? I think they're not going to get through with this one, guys ...

There's also that guy in New York that's suing them, and he looks pretty serious! I think Paypal's in real trouble this time.

sigh....

I post R.I.C.O. updates here all the time. The slaypal and ebust BOTH are currently under indictments by the Federal Gov't since March of 2007.

R.I.C.O. means Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization, the law they use against the mafia.

Paypal lost a lawsuit in 2004 and settled out of court. When lawsuits after lawsuits mount, I smell corruption.

Did you know ebay has had 3 R.I.C.O. lawsuits in this decade alone, and two are still pending? Plus Tiffany is in the game. Paypal RICO lawsuit...

Ebay and Paypal need to rot in hell. I would love to been alone with one of their low-life empoyees...yes I would beat the s*** out of them. If I was a ciminal, I would stalk them...mess with their family until they give in. Yes I'm evil to people who mess with my money.
