What can I do?

Basically 3 eBay accounts have been suspended because of me so I feel like a bit of a dick as it is. Pretty much like this:

- My account: Suspended due to non seller performance though I had a 615 feedback and only 4 negatives in total (which they wouldn't revoke even though I refunded them or fixed the issue they had)

- Girlfriends account: She had only used it a few times so wasn't on it much at all, figured I'd use that to keep selling. Somehow I got it restricted, can't remember why and it was on restriction for 14 days (I think I sold an item that wasn't released in AU but was released in USA ..weird ebay, weird)

- Sisters account: I sold a couple of items on here to help my sister get her feedback up, so this has shown as logged in on my PC (stupid) and now HERS is blocked when she did nothing wrong. A few items in the batch I sold were faulty I simply asked them to return it for a replacement or full refund, problem sold - obviously not for eBay.

I just ordered a whole new batch of stock from overseas no joke last night, and this morning this has all happened. So what do I do? I already sent a message on my personal account requesting they remove the restriction as I'm trying to improve sales etc etc etc .. any ideas?

(They even canceled COMPLETED transactions that I was sending out today)

Welcome to the forums. So you have taken down all of your family accounts ha - ah well, live and learn.

Time for you to go new and STEALTH. Read around the forums +/- get the guide for its simple info.

You have new batch = so you get new accounts to sell.

I'm going to ask tomorrow "So if my dad opens an ebay account .. you'll ban him too because he is related to me?" and see how they make sense of that. At the end of the day I didn't do anything wrong, if a customer was unhappy I resolved it. Sent you a PM anyway though just to see whats available :D Thanks!

Be careful - Ebay will promise you the earth and give you nothing. My advise would be forget it and come back under stealth.

Ya don't even waste your breathe talking to them. Get the stealth guide and read it until you understand how to create an account that will stay under their radar then get to selling your stock again!
