Default eB@y Collections + Fees: 2 Seperate Scenarios

Hi All -

I have 2 accounts that've gone down within the last few months and here are the scenarios:

(A)
Thinking it would lower my chances of being suspended, I'd been paying my seller fees on a daily basis.
  • PP Account frozen and suspended due to VER0, eB account suspended soon thereafter.
  • All eB transactions were removed, leaving me with a $330 CREDIT in eB fees.
  • I recently closed out the PP account after 180, but the eB account still shows a $330 credit.

Question: How do I get the $330 back from eB? I have access to the address the account was attached to. If I call eB, will they send a check for the owed $330 in fees to the eB account address?

(B)
  • PP account had an invalid (but verified) CC, and no bank account attached with $1700 in it.
  • PP account got 180. eB account went down soon thereafter.
  • I owe $600 in eB fees. eB has tried to collect from PP, but the transaction cant go through because there's no PP, CC, or BA for the money to come from. So the $600 debit has entered eB collections. I received weekly emails from them for the first 2 months of delinquency threatening this that and the other thing, but now they have stopped emailing.
  • The account's 180 days ends in early August, and with $1700 in it I'm smacking my chops, itching to add a bank account and get my money out.

Question: If I add a bank account with $5 in it, will eB try to hit the account for $600 before the $1700 is withdrawn into it? Is there any way to avoid this? Can I call PP when 180 days is up and add a BA to the account over the phone and then do the withdrawal instantly over the phone or something?

Any input?
Thanks in advance!
Goozle

Only works if you are using a CC to pay fees from what I've read on here.

I once had $1100 in paypal when it got shut down because paypal said "They did not like my Bussiness model"

After a few phone calls they agreeed to give me 1/2 now & said they review the account monthly for release to make sure there is no chargebacks. But Then they made me wait the full 180 days...I got an email saying my funds were elgible for withdrawl.

You can ask them to send you a check or add bank account. It would be test of badluck if ebay gets it same time

Good luck & let us know
