So my funds got frozen and I was asked to change my information and confirm my location. I messed up on my confirm location and they said that they would send a letter to me with the code to unlock my account funds. Well I wrote them an email and told them that I am no longer at that address. The next day they sent me an email and it said your limitations have been removed. I couldn't believe it. They didnt ask for any sort of identification. Obviously I elaborated on why I was no longer at that address, but still wow.

That is amazing, when that used to happen for me I'd just open a mailbox, change the address and have the pin shipped there and that always removed the limitation, haven't had that happen in quite some time though but yeah those paypal employees are some strange people.

How can you change that when the account is already limited?
This was awhile ago but I remember being able to change the address, just to be sure you can always link a mailbox to it ahead of time but me I never get the confirm location limatations anymore.
