 Can I Change Regestration On A Good Ebay Account

can anyone please give me some info on this,,about 3 years ago i got banned from ebay for no real reason and whatever i tried i couldnt regester a new account atleast one that would last more than a few weeks,then i took over a family members account and have been running it now for nearly 3 years and i am a silver powerseller with 4000+ positive feedback,,with ebays new rules coming into force shortly i want to register the account as a buisness but i think ot would have to be in my name is their any way of doing this ,,,in my ebay their is a section where you can change the regestration details if i put my own name in their what would happen,would i get banned again,,,any info would be greatly apreciated as its a strong buisness but i cant afford to get banned but it would need to be in my name for tax purposes
