Unable to create PayPal account from Denmark?

Hi there

When i try to create a PayPal account here from Denmark i get fowolling error message:

Unable to create paypal account.
Try with anthoder creditcard

And i have tryed diffrent creditcards.
But that diddent help either. Besides, the creditcards are working just fine here in Denmark. It's a visa and a Mastercard.

Any good proposals what to do??
