Is there a service that lets me change my number

I was wondering if there was a service i could do a one time pay or free to sign up for a forwarding number. I want to be able to change this number whenever I want. Is this possible?

I have Virgin Mobile. They let you change your number every 24 hrs from there website

there are services that change your cell to another number, and you can keep reregistering the same number, so effectively you can have unlimited cell numbers, directed to just one cell number. You will have to do your own research though as I am not telling the ones I found....
