Yes, they are basically talking about ways to lower fees, and avoid European Union taxes which can be quite high in Italy. They are probobly opening accounts in Singapore using proxy's and listing in English on their ebay italia site. Their fees will be lower yet they will be reaching the same traffic, capice?
