I would simply forward that to ebay. SOunds like a phsyco or a BS email. I have gotten them a few times, forgot about them and a few days later got emails from ebay telling me to not process shipment for this person due to their account having fraudulent activity.

I personally would just contact ebay about it. use live chat.
