using VCC,but expuse doesn't show up

bought a VCC from the forumn and added to paypal , but the expuse doesn't show up.

then without removing the first VCC, I added another VCC, but the expuse still doesn't show up ?

How can I do now?

You need to contact the seller of the VCC for information on it. If its a trusted seller then you will get all the help you need from them. You did buy it from someone on here that is a trusted seller didnt you??

Yes, the seller is approved by Aspkin .
But seller said the expuse didn't show up ~ and now we are having trouble on it

If the seller tells you the expuse won't show and that happens, just ask for a replacement. If they say sorry, that happens..... well, the vcc they sold you was useless. I would ask nicely for a replacement.

replacement was issued immediately, same problem. It is still showing that the card is "In Use" instead of being actually settled. Waiting for the charge to settle for the number to show up. I've heard that this can be a problem with older paypal accounts.

It can be a problem for any accounts. That's why I recommend Vanilla Visa Cards over any VCC. Expus shows within seconds.

I heard that removing the first card before verifying it is highly likely to limit your account?

About 50% it gets limited, 50% time it's fine.. No way to know until you remove it.

ya i am not gunna touch mine im just gunna leave it. cant use it anymore now anyways since my ebay account is all ****ed up. so i just have to wait to withdraw my money.
