tricky to open a new ebay account

for example :
I have an old paypal account name : A , email address A@xxx.com 。 it was used to ebay account :ebay1 , but ebay1 was suspended .

I am considering to open a new ebay account :ebay2 , with the same firstname and lastname ,but different birthday ,different address,different VCC and different email address ,everything is different but firstname and lastname.
Also ,I just change the paypal's email address . then ,I use the paypal to receive money from account 'ebay2'

will this work?

Not any more. paypal 'know' everything even though it looks changed your side.

Bad idea is my answer.

Because you want long term stealth, you need to start with NEW paypal/ new ebay.

Many threads on the forum saying that an old paypal may never be used with ebay again.
That's it.

I did that before I changed everything even new Ip but same name suspended in one month
