Guys,

I have been an e B a y member for many many years but only started selling back a few weeks ago - therefore I didn't have 10 DSR's until a couple of days ago. Now my I have been left 10 feedbacks and my DSR's are showing in the feedback page. However, my dashboard looks weird (please see in the JPG how it looks like) and not as it should.

Do you know when is it going to switch? I really need to check some info in it.

I want to see if I have low DSR's and how is my policy compliance status after a policy violation. I can't see any of it. Help please!

Odd I don't have that window but I would suggest you change the tab from Global to USA or whatever - that should pop the info,.

No, it only shows the same info but applied to USA.

Could it be because I only got 10 DSR's and the SD does not update every day?

Quite possibly - your 10 DSR's are not fully activated to your seller dashboard

Do you know how long does it take the SD to update?

On a sidenote, what period does e b a y use to evaluate your seller performance? 3 or 12 months? Because it can't be possible that 3 low DSR's received in one year can affect your status.

Usually updates by next day from what I have seen.

As for performance review, I can't say 100% sure I know. Checked an old account - had a review in Feb 2011 and next one on July 2011. So for that account it's 3 months.

For a TR account of mine, it was reviewed in June 2011 and next one for July 2011 so that's one month.
