Default Could you dispute a paypal gift?

I was wondering since im going to make a transaction of $500 and don't want to get ripped off can you dispute a gift?

Im not too sure, but i think you can dispute any transcation.

Yes. disputes have been filed for 'gifts'.

Users have started to make transactions as 'gifts' in the hopes of avoiding limitations. Known fact to paypal & desperate users.

What can happen is the other party may not fulfil the deal.So that leaves the user stranded.
If possible consider other options.

Make 'em NOT virtual.
