assuming the account is fairly new, has no ck acct linked, balance of 500.00, you've already printed shippers or entered tracking numbers:
1. withdraw by requesting check (chance of success: 10%)
2. transfer funds to verified paypal acct and withdraw with paypal debit (chance of success: less than 10%)
3. buy ebay item and pay with paypal funds (chance of success: less than 10%)
4. buy item from paypal merchant (chance of success: 20%)
the chance of success with any of these, in my experience, would be pure luck. just my opinion YMMV.
if you go the buying route, buy innocuous items, not cameras/ipods/game consoles or other items that have attracted scammers and made those merchants more suspicious. anything you buy you can always re-sell later on ebay with your real account for the same price you originally paid, give as a gift you were going to buy anyway, etc.
we have to think more seriously about liquidating paypal, and not post the latest methods in the public forum, because have you noticed how quickly new methods get shut down after they are talked about in the public forums? let's at least keep it in the member's section. also every day, we need to fill our pipeline of merchant accts, websites to sell our merchandise etc, getting off of paypal althogether. paypal is clamping down.

I got a call from paypal today wanting to know if i bought and sold some stuff on ebay and if i planned on getting tracking numbers, how i was going to ship, etc. from a 402 number in the USA. The account is fairly new. I cant help but wonder how many people they have sitting around calling people. They are just waiting to find a phone number invalid so they can hit the limit button and BINGO more money to earn interest on and hold for 180 days....

Also schwuller, we are hoping aspkin can work on at least trying to keep ebay/paypal people out of the members section, otherwise there is no other way for us to discuss strategies amongst ourselves without the dreaded ebay/paypal folks sticking their noses in where they dont belong.
