 Bank reversal to limited paypal account??
I sold an item through paypal only, shipped it out, this was the first transaction, I don't have a bank account so my brother let me use his to transfer the money into, I successfully transferred the money but then my brothers citibank account was blocked and he could not remove any money, long story short, they are reversing the money to paypal because the deposit was not made in his name, but my paypal is limited because I removed tge bank account after I deposited the money and I will not be able to open a bank account for a few weeks, will the reversal still go through since a) my paypal is limited and b) I removed tge bank account from paypal?
