Exclamation Beware Paypal Phising

Guys,

I know some of you are the expert. Just want to share this scam.
I just received a pretend-to-be Paypal email with Subj: "Additional Information Required"

Well, it's obviously a phising email. From the link they provided, it led to the identical seems-to-be-fine Paypal website. The only drawbacks are:

1. Their email: "paypal@securesuite.com"
2. Their website: "http://www.pp-online.us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_login-run"
3. When you clicked "sign up", it will link you to the sign up page. They even created a virtual address bar pretending that you are directing into the Paypal website

I know you guys are smart in working online. But I guess this kind of message can tricker someone to put their real information. Just beware it.

Cheers to everyone

I think I fell for one of these for ebay. I was popping back and forth and clearing cookies and somehow I got a pop up that looked just like to sigin page, so I entered everything and then realized that the part of the IE toolbar that has the buttons was missing (like it is on a lot of IE popups) I immeadiately went to "my ebay" and changed my PW and ID. Account eventually got linked due to my own stupidty.
Just a lesson to beware of more than just email phishing

crazy thing is that these scammers are so good that they can even spoof the paypal url!!!

so the lesson is to manually type in paypal.com and only then log in.

***** edit: wait nevermind, this was with the older versions of internet explorer and only worked on internet explorer..god that piece of crap browser sucks...and still has like over 40 percent market share
