Default full proof no chargeback

Looking for a full proof method on winning a chargeback.
for example, what if i have them gift with a note saying they won't chargeback.
a payment owned?
i sell virtual items so i really can't provide shipping info.

It doesn't matter. PayPal can't do anything about it. Buyers don't like doing gift anyway.

The only way to win is to sue the person.

Good luck overpowering PP and/or a bank, which PP has absolutely no power against. And selling virtual goods is as high risk as you can get. No one will protect you.

There are no methods that will 100% prevent chargebacks from filed, especially for virtual goods.

I've been dealing with paypal for 10 years and i have never won a chargeback. Only way it to use a stealth account and withdraw payment and then ship. If the buyer is honest there should be no problem, if they try to scam you, walk away.
