3 of my accounts got nailed with a MC999 in the last 2 days, and am not sure how many more will get hit. I don't think the 3 are linked in any way since I used completely different information and switched IP each time, but all were selling the same item, which was a DVD.

I plan to let the accounts cool down for a month or 2. How long should I let each account cool down, or does the MC999 result in a ban in a week or something.

Has anyone been getting nailed with MC999

I think you just got sales limitation . i would advice to try to list non vero items on the account till they cool down (around 60days) you can still list dvds but that is putting you at risk now all depends on the feedback and age of the account
