Clarification on opening Stealth Account

Hey guys, recently got 3.0 its very informative and I would like to thank all the contributors.

In the last few days I decided to go ahead and open a steal th paypal account.
I do not know if this is a new paypal rule, but when going through the verification process they asked for documents to clarify personal details.

I was actually pleased I could send them my creative documents, so perhaps it would prevent future limitation and I could get it out of the way. However, the ID I sent was 100% legit although it did not have a date of issue??
I am just wondering if that is mandatory??

Secondly, I have heard entropay is no longer accepted with Paypal? Can anyone clarify or suggest an alternative?

I've personally ordered through vccorder.com once and had no troubles, I think I got it 6 hours after payment?. I'm currently ordering vcc's off this site though from the verified sellers

Don't use entr op ay - used either physical credit card (i think 3v comes to mind for UK) or as cinders4 says, reputable sellers here.

I use entropay in the UK with no problems so far.

I have never been able to get Entropay to work for me
