Default Bad luck???

I have about 20 stealth accounts sitting and aging. Today i created a seller account that was aging for 3 months. And my selling limit on that account is 10 items $1000.

Nope, the new ebay way.....

changing daily with ebay.

Some 'new' accounts do not get a limit. Others do.

Depends on what has happened with the dormant account

It is default situation. Search around forum, and You can find note from some user, who called to eBay about limits on phone, and there was answer- that selling limits are removed not after 90 from accounts creation date, but 90 days since first sale!

Yap, now when you open it you have to sell an item to yourself and let it sit for 90 days before you use.

thats the way most if not all will be. limited will NEVER be unlimited. after 90 days they will get raised to 100 and then doubled every month

Never had to do that but I guess some may have to. If it were me, I would simply contact ebay and tell them you had an account a while back. never used it and recently were laid off from work and wanted to list some items. What all do I need to do to avoid unnecessary limitations that I always hear of.?

Cant hurt to ask the people that do the suspensions/limitations. That is where you will get much more information that you think.

Many people are simply afraid to contact ebay but they are VERY helpful when I call and always get my question answered. I do not sell VERO which is I feel very relevant to what happens to most accounts.
