Chinese supplier has had too many seizures - wants to ship to ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address

I have ordered many vero products from this supplier, i would say in total over 200pcs. But recently, the last few parcels have been seized by customs. Most get through no problem, but maybe 1 in 5 parcels gets seized.

The seller wanted me to have the items shipped to a new address, but I have only got 1 address available. So he suggested I ship it to a completely ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address that does not exist, and then I collect it from the local DHL office.

Has anybody tried doing this before? I am a bit worried in case they can't deliver it and its returned to sender or something.

I was thinking of editing the address a little bit, for example if I live at 123 Grove Street, I get him to ship to 1233 Grove Street. This way I can say it was a small typo if I get asked about it.
