 PayPal payment review....anyone experiencing delays?
When I send a payment (or receive a payment) from a new-ish account the payment gets put into PayPal's payment review.
This is nothing new in itself and I have had this for a year or so - most payments go through in around two hours and I get the OK TO SEND ITEM email (sometimes they get reversed - but not often).
The initial 'review' email states that the review MAY take up to 24 hours. However, four payments I have sent (from different accounts) are still in the 'review' stage 50 hours after the holding email was sent.
Last week I had one that was 'in review' for 75 hours (over three days on a good watch)! I was blasting the seller for not sending the goods and didn't believe them that there was still a review!
Anyone else having similar experiences?
