MC063 [ limited seller account ]

Hello everyone. I have got 2 eBay accounts.

On private seller account i got limited because i was used My friend paypal email ( and this email was blocked in eBay before.. ) So they told me that my friend have to resolve suspension issue and i will can again sell unlimited.

But... that's imposible. They not talk with my friend

So. i called them with question, what if i will start selling with business account with many listings, they told me that will be same limit. Is it really true? This account was created 3 weeks ago.. I dont think that it is true.. because i have got one more account - business seller with 50k listings, created 3 yeears ago. And i need to contact now eBay for some questions, can they find that my other account is limited and limit my business account?
