As far as the "appeal" process, I tried that twice. On my original EBAY account with over 500 feedback, this failed and EBAY sent me boilerplate notices about how my account would remain suspended "based on information you have supplied us and in our records." :-P
To my surprise, my most recent account was reinstated and remains strong. I continue to sell the same items as I always have, most of them high end expensive.
One thing I did discover is that sending more emails during the reinstatement process is of no use. I kept pestering them the first time, and they never reinstated me. The second time I FAXed in the requested documents and left it at that. About two weeks later, I was reinstated.
The reason you were suspended on your second account could be as simple as you sent a message while logged into that account about the suspended account. Duh. | yes thats what i did do as i have never been banned before and didnt think it was against ther rules ,to have another account , i soon found that out tho lol it says in the email that they send to you that if they do not get in contact wuth you 5 days then they havent got the docments that i have sent in , did they email you and tell you that they got your info that you faxed to them ?
