The reason is, if you open another new account and start selling, people out there will recognize you by your pictures and the same items that you have been selling from your suspended account. And then they will report you to ebay and get you suspended again. You can open a new account every day if you want but you will keep on getting suspended. So, if I would you, I would wait for at least few months before I would resume selling.
