should I escalate the dispute?
hi.
I have opened a case because the seller was lying to me for two weeks already.
His last excuse was the he "forgot to put stamps on the package" (which off course doesn't make any sense) I have decided to open a case in pp.
it's been 3 days and he doesn't respond to the case. And in addition his eB user is "no longer registered".
So will the case automatically close it self if he doesn't respond?
