Scammed on paypal after transaction

hi i bought a website off a guy for $826 then the guy never gives me website i opened claim then the guy says this only two words like baby talk or chinese people he says virtual item. they award the case to him i called they hang up on me what do i do? what speech do i respond in the case as i just reopened it.

Do a chargeback on your Credit Card.

yep, ebay and paypal and filled with scammers. Both buyer and sellers. Just make sure to fund all your transaction with credit card and this way you are protected. Than means taking out your balance so all the money comes from your credit card.

As HWGA has mentioned, you can only do a chargeback from your credit card company or bank (only some banks allows reversal).

Do a chargeback and remove your bank off that paypal and kiss the Pp good bye cause once you do the chargeback paypal is going to be very unhappy with you.
