Some people verify paypal acounts with a VBA and withdraw into a paypal account attached to a real bank account.
Oh and banks only verify with what is called chexsystems. Its kinda like a credit report but i think only banks use it, i could be wrong on this unless someone corrects me.
Or just go to tons of banks and start opening accounts.
