Practically it can be done (although the risk factor is unknown).
Few weeks ago, I had a Moneypak card that I applied to one of the PP accounts.
The account was that was later limited, so I created a new 'random' account and applied the remainder of the money from the same card, and the second account never got limited.
I still think it's risky, so I don't advise to do it unless forced to.
Don't forget, you load up your card in the Green Dot site not in the PayPal site.
In the money loading process, how much information is shared between Moneypack and PP, is still the question. Quote:
