just got suspended

I just got suspended on one of my accounts and I got this email.

We regret to inform you that your eBay account has been suspended for a period of no less than 7 days for violating eBay's Copyright Violation - Unauthorised Item policy.

can you please tell me how long will this last for I see it says no less then 7 days but have anyone else been suspended this way and how long did you wait for the account to be reinstated.

what did you do to get the account back.

any help is appreciated.

Congratulations on your first suspension and welcome to the club :D

First off, you should be aware that this will likely not be your last suspension. If you want to reinstate that account, you need to fax to eBay the reinstatement form as well as all the documents they require. Whether they will ever reinstate you is not guaranteed and they will use the documents you submit to further make your life difficult.

No less than 7 days means you can do nothing at all with ebay: they really do
not want you to use any account: after 7 days you can email them and ask
for help for being reinstated. And here's the catch, this may take another
3-5 days.
There is an excellent thread called 7 day reinstatement what does it mean: that
will give you answers as well. Don't be too sad this has happened to a few here.

My only advice, Thank GOD its only 7 days... (I'm a LIFER)..
When you get back DO NOT sell any VEROS at all EVER on that acct..
--IF, you want another acct- DO NOT OPEN IT on that SAME PC,,AND DO NOT USE the same paypal..It will be the beginning of the END...

I was suspended for being linked to an account with non-seller compliance. The "said" account was mine, but the feedback was left, the monies refunded, what more can I do? My attempts at creating new accounts have all failed. Any idea how long I can expect the suspension to last? I know that some of you have stated "life". Ebay won't give me any responses to let me know what to do. I just want a fair chance. It doesn't seem right to suspend me over low feedback. The buyers all refuse to change their feedback. My good account had over 5000 feedback!! My bad account had only 60 or 90 (can't remember which) and 12 of which were bad. (We left the country for a vacation and all h*ll broke lose). Some of my labels didnt' print and I didn't realize it until weeks later, when i got back home. Paypal refunded some buyers and others, I refudned. Further still, others got their products but wouldn't retract feedback. I'm trying to get back online in a "fair" way, without going stealth. Ebay just isn't willing to give anyone a chance, are they? I'm interested in any advice that you might have and I welcome private messages. (I'm new to forums and I am trying to understand how to see new messages) LOL!! (Oh yeah, I purchased ebay salvation before I found this website, so I feel like I did the right things to create a new account, but I've still been shut down)
