Even if you did that i am sure ebay will keep records of all numbers you have or had on the account.

Come on, eb and pp keep information clear down to your blood type.

I read somewhere they have 1000s of employees who just update personal information and match them to possible accounts previously used.

Only a lucky person would get away with using any info attached to a banned account.

Lets say you start selling using paypal that was linked to a blocked ebay account on a new ebay account. That account will get banned within days if not sooner.

@greg009, actually not necessarily - though not safe at all to do, I have done ok with my previous experimentations but I will say if you don't get blocked, your sales will be VERY limited e.g. 10/1000.
