im a new seller on Ebay..i only have 7 feedback
when the buyer sent the money to my paypal account(my paypal got 21 days pending the money)

after the buyer got the item..he said the item it's not same with the description. So i said you can return to me with tracking number and i will refund to him. (actually i havent took the money from his bank,coz the $$ still have 21 days pending on paypal.)

i sent tht message around a week, he havent reply me and ship the item back to me..so what can i do ? after 21 days i still can get the money back ? the item is around $3xxxusd

if anyone have same as my situation plz share in here

After 21 days your money will be released to you. dont bother chasing him if he hasnt got back to you.

Once the 21 days are up, the money will be released to your PayPal account available for your use.

He can always open a dispute case and get his money back tho. I honestly think there is no time limits. One customer came back to me 3 months later and got her money back.

I think the only thing you can do is to pray that he forgets about it or he does not know how to open a case on paypal. As long as he opens a case, he will get the refund no matter what you say. That's the evil bay's policy....

i would just refund the 3 bucks and not take a chance of any disputes.

Being a new seller, you want to keep away from anything negative.

For 3 bucks, it ain't worth the chance to stir that bee's nest
