Exclamation Withdrawing using Paypal gift?

Hi, I just sold a laptop and got paid via Paypal. ($500) In the past, I've purchased things on Walmart and such but this time i would like to have actual money. I have an account with my real info, in good standing. Another account where my money is at. Can I just send a Paypal gift to the my other account and then withdraw to my bank? I know some people on here have said that its possible to do, just not over doing it. Well, what if for some reason, the buyer demands a refund? Would the Paypal gift be reversed or will the money be held?

(My accounts are 3-4 months old)

If you are going to empty your entire account in 1 "gift" transfer, there is a good possibility that it will raise some flags and they will look at both accounts closely. An easier way would be to open up a stealth business account posing as a business and then sending invoices to your other account. I'd save your real info account for things like buying off of ebay and such. Don't get it caught up in your stealth activities. Never let them know who you are

I have been transferring money from account for 6+ years with no issues, but at the same time I have never run into any problems with paypal or ebay in the past. Why do you not just request a check?

I send momey to my mothers paypal account as a gift, and she withdraws it fine.

I have called paypal in the past about this and they have told me that there is no buyer protection when it comes to gifts and you cannot refund a gift.

According to the new paypal rule I heard about, buyers are now allowed to dispute "gift" payments. (I MAY be wrong.)
