Tibia243852 is a scammer.. he tried to withdraw my 180 pyapal.. changed my email and paypal password.. because my paypal password happened to be the same as my email

You should have been more careful in what you choose to do .

Any deal is a BUYER BEWARE.

Doing business with a party not known is too risky.

Sort your paypal account out and make your password etc much more secure
