Most likely IP. If your IP is always changing and you try to buy things outside of EB, they will lock you up every single time.

My ip always changes, but doesnt get blocked because of that. It has to be your using some VPN and not regular ip or could be your doing accounts wrong. Re-read the stealth guide and its really good to use seperate window accounts.
