Can I receive a 21 hold for this?

I listed three items in my house which totaled 145 USD. An ipod touch for 100 bucks, and 2 lots of clothes for 45. My stealth account is one day old.. Does that raise the flag for a 21 day hold?

Most definitely it does! You might get away with the first couple transactions but they will get you. Take this advice, whatever new account you create just assume that there will be a 21 day hold. Makes it much easier to swallow when it actually happens >.<

Say goodbye to your account then because if you don't ship the items, you will NEVER receive the money.

It all depends on how many flags your accounts has raised. If it is suspicious they hit you with hold right away. If not you might get a few before the start. No matter what, if it is a new paypal/ebay account you will eventually be hit by the hold.
