How can i find out paypal account registration details

Hi Guys, i am in the process of acquiring a ppal and ebay accounts from a friend. He opened them ages ago but can remember the registration details like D.O.B, telephone numbers e.t.c

Any way I can find out?

Not much you can do - the telephone number is prob accessible from pp but dob - you might have to convince pp that wrong info was entered....
