Call from paypal today

i got a call from paypal yesterday luckily all my phone numbers were up to date i was totally ready for it sitting right infront of my computer lol they asked where i get the cell phones i sell from? will i be increasing my sales over the next few months etc? should i be worried? i think they called because ive been increasing my sales over the past few months and just recently out of know where they put another 21 day hold on my account or 3 days after confirmed delivery after they stopped doing it 2 months ago

This is normal, especially with high risk items such as your's. They just want to see what kind of risk you pose and what your business intentions will be for the future.

You must be patient and cooperate with them as much as you can or they will shut you down.

yea i totally answered every question they asked of me it works to my favor that i have a 5.0 rating across the board and 100% positive feedback

Then you just have to deal with the holds and keep impressing them. You are lucky in my opinion.

The holds being released in a timely manner has been improved. One of my accounts has it, but all of my holds are being removed automatically now after 4 days of having been delivered. I used to have to call all of the time on one of my older accounts.

Keep up the high feedback and after your 30 days is up, you should go back to normal.

yes it seems like they revised the holds for me down to 10 days max for domestic mail and still 21 days max for overseas.

Their phone call may also be in regards to the Tax ID being requested. I guess if you have great sales then they'll probably anticipate you coming close or going over the 20K.
You never know with them!
