Account may get limited for abusing buyer complaint process
Anyone ever receive an email from Europeanservices@paypal.com, that states account may get limited for abusing buyer complaint process? Most of the items that I've filed claims against are damaged goods from china. Because this is one of my only buyer accounts, I want to know if anyone else's account was limited or closed because of filing to many claims.

Yes, I had similar situation on last year. I had accident and was in hospital , on eBay I had 8 unsent items. These items was sent out delayed in 3 weeks, all 8 buyers opened claims on Paypal, but after receiving ALL claims was closed by BUYERS without escalating to Paypal, but anyway Paypal was limited!

That's receiving claims as a seller. PayPal do not like sellers who have claims opened against them
It's about time to be honest. Least the buyer scammers won't be able to go and open 30 SNAD disputes and PayPal not think anything's wrong!
seriously, buyer protection was a joke. i know 2 guys in my city who are ripping off honest sellers by asking them to ship first class, and then report a not received dispute. you should be careful with international shipping!
