question about ebay acccounts&paypal

Hello

Iam from Greece,my registration country on uk,usa ebay and paypal is from Greece.Now iam in Cyprus and i will stay in cyprus(other european country).

I will start business here in cyprus(tax id,new adress and new bank account) and i want to change my ebay account to business because in uk ebay i sold up to 10 items and they want to change my account to business(european laws).
from the usa ebay i sold up to 150 items but they don't tell me to change my account but i have limit to 2500 euro for 1 year(2 ebay accounts in one paypal account).

I can't change on paypal the country,i don't know what to do.

perhaps it's better to use your old accounts as old, and make a new account from Cyprus and with all your new info.
if I were you I would be very careful with any attepmts to change any account info, cause with a huge possibility it will lead to some restrictions/suspensions.
also, if you are not aware of the things, that are described in the Stealth Book, such as IP, cookies, different users, it's dangerous even login into your old accounts from a new location.
so, before you do whatever steps, make sure you know what you're doing.

If i don't change my account, is it possible to have the old account paypal(with Greek adress,Greek bank) and only i will change the uk,usa EBAY accounts from greece to cyprus adress?

Old paypal with greek adress and bank with uk,usa ebay adress in cyprus.
Is it possible?

everything is possible, but as I said it's better to leave your old accounts the way they are. do you still have that old bank account functioning? do you still have the old creditcard working? if so why do you have to change it? why do you have to change your address??

you can keep working with your old EB and PP accounts as if you are still in Greece and nothing has changed, and at the same time you can set up a brand-new account from Cyprus.

if you do it this way and you do it right, your old accouts will be pretty safe + you will get one new account, that is also not bad.

but I may be wrong, don't do it just after listened to one opinion. keep asking and listening, and just don't do anything at all before you are sure 100% about what you're going to do.

you have a good oportunity with that move to another country, don't spoil it.
