O.k. I have been on the site for a few months, I think I have read everything there is to read. Everyone has been great.
I have had a ebay account for a little over a month but I have been afraid to use it until I was sure of myself.
The one thing I have to ask. The product I sell generates a lot of questions from buyers. I want to avoid logging into ebay as much as I can. How would I answer these questions from the buyers without logging into ebay.
This is my set up. I am using my son's computer that was never used for ebay at all. It is brand new. I put a net zero dial up on it. I plan on using that computer. If I did would it be safe because It is not the same computer I was using for ebay?
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
Hi-couple things... a. If you're using dial up..u should get a new ip anyhow..correct? So,you're ok there b. I would create a punch list of answers to commonly asked questions..as many as u can think of...Make that as a format in your listings.. c. If all your info is diff..pc cleaned/new..sounds like you're good 2 go...I guess u have diff paypal..diff photos...? seems if everything else in place + no competitor can find u/link u..you're on right track! Good Luck..

I don't know if eBay still has this option, but I used the FAQ optional section under my account where you can post and pre-answer your most popular questions. Its somewhere in "my eBay" i think. You could pre-answer combine shipping, insurance questions, size and color questions etc.
