My account had a 7-day selling restriction two years ago because of VeRO. Never listed again since.
Today while trying to list again on this account I had to take the tutorial. My dashboard is in excellent status (Above Standard and all those lovely green buttons).
If now I have one VeRO violation will it be suspended or that tutorial was something pending that only had to do with that very old 7-day selling restriction?
I thought that my account was 100% clear of violations after the date stated on the dashboard (which is long past due).
Please help me. Thanks!

You might want to check you active violations. I know that when you get a violation there is a message that will say "Violation XXXX will no longer be in effect after January XX, 20XX". Should be able to see in you seller dashboard. I am ASSUMING that when it says the violation will be deleted, than your account will be clear of all violations, which will make room for future mistakes.
You still have to take the quiz the next time you go to list something, regardless of whether it cleared or not.
I took the quiz before and learned my lesson, I learned to copy the answers down to save for next time, so far I've breezed through about a dozen of them with 100% success everytime =D
I totally agree, RSS. My dashboard is 100% clear of violations (including policy violations). The VeRO strikes expired long long long ago. Yet before listing the 1st item, I had to take the tutorial. I guess it had to do with that old 7-day suspension.
The question now becomes a bit different. Is a reinstated account at risk if I have just one VeRO takedown, even if it takes place years after the suspension? Or am I indeed clear of violations as the seller dashboard suggests just like any other *never* previously suspended account?
It tells you after you get the takedown that you may be required to take a quiz next time you list something. That has nothing to do with whether you're clear of violations or not, your seller dashboard tells you if your clear, if it says your clear you're clear.
If you get another one you get a 30 day suspension, another one after that it's 1 year, unless it's been cleared in your case so it should be as if you had none, I believe.
If you get another one you get a 30 day suspension, another one after that it's 1 year, good feedback building time.
I don't understand. :( You had said that if my dashboard said that I was clear of violations, then that was it, but now you say that after my next VeRO takedown I will get a 30-day suspension? I am a bit confused.
My dashboard is all green and good, why should I get a 30-day suspension after the first VeRO takedown? Please help me. Thanks!
